Returns
* You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
* To be eligible for a return, you must provide a complete, unedited video clearly showing the opening of the product package upon arrival. This video serves as proof of any damage or discrepancies.
* The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
* Important: If the returned item is damaged during the return shipping process due to inadequate packaging, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement. The responsibility for ensuring the safe return of the product lies with the customer.
Refunds
* We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
* The product received is damaged upon arrival (as evidenced by the mandatory unboxing video).
* You received the wrong item(s) compared to what you ordered.
* Given that each and every jewelry and accessory item is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for size issues or if you change your mind about the design or style after receiving the product. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed your specifications and measurements before placing your order.
* To initiate a refund for damaged or wrongly shipped items, please email us at your provided email ID. In your email, please include:
* Your order number.
* Clear photos and the unboxing video showing the damage or the incorrect item received.
* The method and details for the refund (e.g., bank account details, UPI ID).
Replacements
* If a replacement is approved for a damaged or wrongly shipped item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement product.
Order Cancellation and Address Changes
*Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing the order.
* Address Changes: Requests for address changes must be submitted via email with your order ID within 48 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes requested after this timeframe.
