Shipping Information

 

• We currently ship within India only.

• Each piece is carefully made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be handcrafted and dispatched.

• As every piece is made to order, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We kindly request that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days via India Post, depending on your location and local postal services.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to all orders across India and will be calculated at checkout.

• After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your India Post tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. Kindly use the official India Post website to track your parcel.

• Once you have received your tracking details by email, we kindly request that you track your parcel using the India Post website. Please avoid contacting us for routine tracking updates.

• All orders are prepaid. You will never be asked to make any additional payment at the time of delivery. If you receive such a request, please contact us immediately.

• Once your parcel reaches your city, any delivery delays are managed by your local post office. We recommend raising a complaint with them first and sharing the complaint number with us so we can follow up from our end.

• While every order is packed with great care, if your package is lost or damaged before it reaches your city, please contact us. We will coordinate with India Post to investigate and assist with the resolution.

• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

• By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy and acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
