Shipping Destinations : We currently offer shipping within India only.

Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times : We primarily use India Post for all our shipments.

 * Dispatch Time: Please allow 4 to 5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. As each piece is custom-made, this time is needed to ensure the quality and care your order deserves.

 * Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time via India Post is typically 4 to 8 business days, depending on the efficiency of your local post office and the delivery location within India. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience should any delays occur.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat shipping fee of ₹80 (Indian Rupees) for all orders within India, regardless of the order value or destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking information provided by India Post. Please allow upto 24 to 48 hrs for the tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped and use only the official India Post website to track your shipment. Do not use any other third-party links for tracking.

Important Reminders:

 * Prepaid Orders: Your order is prepaid. You do not need to pay any additional amount to anyone upon delivery. If you receive any calls asking for payment related to your delivery, please inform us immediately at conamorbyadi@gmail.com or call us on provided number on our website. Beware of potential scammers.

 * Post-Dispatch Tracking and Issues: Once your order has been dispatched from Bengaluru, please actively track its progress using the provided India Post tracking number. For any issues or delays after your order reaches your city, please contact your respective local post office using the pincode of your delivery address for complaints. Kindly obtain a complaint number from them and share it with us at conamorbyadi@gmail.com so we can also raise a complaint from our end to expedite the process.

Lost or Damaged Packages During Shipping

While we take utmost care in packaging your order securely, occasionally, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If you experience any issues with your shipment before it reaches your city, please contact us immediately at conamorbyadi@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with India Post to investigate the matter and find a suitable resolution.
